The BHK-60-E correction tape range covers standard 5 mm rollers (BHK-60-E-100), compact and side-application formats (BHK-60-E-101) and refillable units (BHK-60-E-102), supplied in volume to wholesalers, resellers and framework contract holders.

When correction tape fails, the tape itself is almost never the cause. Inside the unit are two spools — one feeding tape out, one taking the used backing up — and a clutch that holds the tension even between them as the spool diameters change. When that tension drifts, the tape either snaps or spills into a loop and jams the mechanism.

Because the spool diameters change most towards the end of the roll, most failures happen in the final third. Which is precisely the part that sample testing never reaches. Our inspection runs the tape out to its full length and measures tension at the end, not at the start. It is a slower test and it is the only one that predicts what the end user will experience.

Refillable formats are available across the range and are increasingly specified in public sector and education contracts, where single-use plastic reduction targets now form part of the award criteria.
