The BHK-100-A label tape range covers laminated and non-laminated cassettes in widths from 6 mm (BHK-100-A-100) through 9 mm (-101), 12 mm (-102), 18 mm (-103) and 24 mm (BHK-100-A-104), in the standard colour combinations used across office, industrial and public sector labelling.
Compatibility is the whole product. A compatible cassette must match the original on three separate counts: the physical dimensions of the shell and the drive mechanism, the tape feed behaviour under the printer’s own tension, and the bond between the thermal print and the laminate layer. Fail the first and the cassette will not seat. Fail the second and it jams mid-print. Fail the third and the label looks perfect on day one and is illegible after six months on a shelf or a cable.
We test every compatible specification in the actual target devices before approving a production run, and we run a print-durability check — abrasion, water and adhesive peel — rather than relying on the factory’s own report. Laminated tapes are specified to remain legible in the conditions the label will actually live in.
